Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose and repair collision-damaged vehicles’ mechanical, electrical, suspension, steering, brake, and drivetrain components.
  • •Inspect vehicles for hidden mechanical damage and identify additional repairs needed.
  • •Remove, replace, and reinstall mechanical components required for collision repairs.
  • •Perform diagnostic testing using scan tools and other automotive equipment.
  • •Follow manufacturer repair procedures and document completed repairs and additional repair needs with the Body Shop Manager or team members.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of professional automotive technician experience; collision/body shop experience preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems and the ability to diagnose and repair issues accurately and efficiently.
  • •Experience using automotive diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • •Preferred: ASE or I-CAR certifications.
  • •Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
