Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow up, evaluate, and drive approval of PPAP from external and internal suppliers.
  • •Identify, investigate, and resolve supplier technical and/or system issues to ensure effective closures.
  • •Perform supplier capability assessments covering process, quality system, and technical competence.
  • •Evaluate and qualify electrical/electronic suppliers and drive supplier development plans to close gaps in quality, process, and technology.
  • •Lead PPAP/APQP, develop/maintain Control Plans and PFMEA, conduct process audits, and validate supplier manufacturing processes for electrical products.

Key Requirements

  • •BE in Mechanical/Production/Aeronautical/Industrial Engineering.
  • •Minimum 6–10 years of experience in Manufacturing/Process Engineering and Supplier Development/Quality.
  • •Experience working with global customers and suppliers, including evaluation and quality skills.
  • •Capability to evaluate and qualify electrical/electronic suppliers (wiring harnesses, PCBs, ECUs, sensors, motors, coils, connectors, relays, etc.) and perform supplier capability assessments (process, quality system, technical competence).
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing & process for electrical products, including cable crimping, soldering, potting, conformal coating, SMT/THT PCB assembly, and test methods like Hi-pot and continuity.
