Key Responsibilities

•Manage planning and execution of voucher products for assigned merchant categories (QSR/CVS/F&B).
•Design competitive promotional offers and develop voucher combinations based on market trends and consumer demand.
•Plan and execute seasonal promotional campaigns on e-commerce platforms and coordinate resources like homepage banners, EDM, and social media promotions.
•Monitor voucher sales performance and adjust strategies in real time to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MAM, Sales, Marketing, Product) to optimize voucher conversion rates and support smooth campaign launches.

Key Requirements

•Over 5 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in e-commerce, retail category management, e-voucher operations, promotional campaign planning, or digital marketing.
•Experience operating e-commerce platforms with seasonal campaign planning and execution.
•Familiarity with one or more: QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), CVS (Convenience Store), or F&B (Food & Beverage).
•Proficiency in data analysis to make data-driven decisions and achieve sales targets.
•Good verbal and written English and Mandarin; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
