Principal Software Engineer, Backend (Connectivity)

Design and build core integration capabilities and scalable connectivity solutions across MuleSoft, Salesforce, and Agentforce. Lead technical direction, translate cross-functional requirements into backend architecture, and drive innovation through process improvements and experimentation. Provide mentorship and technical leadership to engineering teams, with a focus on APIs, asynchronous and event-driven workflows, performance, and operational stability for production-grade systems.
