Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver an exceptional pre-sales customer experience and guide customers through the pre-sales process.
  • •Provide technical expertise, outlining the value proposition, clarifying requirements, and answering product-related questions.
  • •Demonstrate how the OpenAI ChatGPT business product can solve customers’ business needs with demos, use-case scoping, and proofs of concepts.
  • •Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs related to common questions and requirements from pre-sales.
  • •Collaborate with Sales and GRC teams to ensure a seamless pre-sales experience and gather customer feedback for product planning.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer (or similar) working with large, global, complex organizations, preferably with a technical enterprise product.
  • •Fluency in Japanese and English is essential for partnering with customers and collaborating with teams.
  • •Proven track record of delivering and scaling an exceptional pre-sales customer experience.
  • •Experience providing security and compliance support and knowledge of IT security principles for technical B2B SaaS products.
  • •Excellent presentation and communication skills, especially with executives and leaders.
