Manufacturing Associate

As a Manufacturing Associate in Assembly and Production, you’ll support RTX’s Operations team by learning optics-related assembly, reading blueprints, and using calibrated measuring equipment. Assemble products to provided specifications, follow workflow instructions, maintain safety and quality standards, and keep your work area organized. You’ll also perform basic data entry/computer work while identifying imperfections using good visual acuity and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
