Key Responsibilities

  • •Support configuration, administration, maintenance, and support of enterprise CDE platforms, including governance, security policies, user management standards, and best practices.
  • •Administer Bentley ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, and GIS Server platforms across projects and business units.
  • •Provide technical support during project mobilization and CDE implementation, including environment setup, workflows, permissions, document control, and metadata standards.
  • •Develop automation scripts and automate platform administration, reporting, user provisioning, quality checks, and operational processes; support API integrations.
  • •Provide day-to-day technical guidance to platform administrators, mentor junior staff, participate in design reviews/technical governance, and maintain operational documentation and knowledge repositories.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related engineering discipline with significant IT experience.
  • •10-15 years of professional experience supporting enterprise engineering technology platforms.
  • •Hands-on experience administering and supporting Bentley ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, and GIS Server platforms.
  • •Experience with PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages, plus enterprise authentication, permissions, security, and governance models.
  • •Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with good written and verbal communication.
