Lead QA for Monetization Integrity Ops, ensuring high-quality content moderation outcomes that protect users and advertisers while supporting Trust & Safety goals. Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop a team of QA analysts and specialists; set goals, run 1:1s, conduct performance reviews, and plan career development.
•Manage capacity, workload allocation, and shift coverage to ensure consistent quality output across regions.
•Own the end-to-end QA strategy for moderation outcomes, including audit sampling, calibration, and quality scoring methodologies.
•Define and maintain QA standards, rubrics, and SOPs, driving consistency and accuracy of QA evaluations across markets and vendor sites.
•Build QA dashboards and scorecards, analyze defect trends and root causes, and drive RCA/CAPA initiatives and process optimization through cross-functional collaboration.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk, Engineering, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in risk governance, quality assurance, operations management, or related roles, including at least 1 year managing people or leading a team.
•Proven experience leading and developing QA teams in a high-volume operations or content/advertiser moderation environment.
•Strong expertise in risk governance and detection methodologies, including audit sampling, calibration, and QA frameworks.
•Demonstrated experience using data and dashboards to drive quality decisions and influence stakeholders.
