Manager, Client Onboarding and Implementation

Lead and scale a 5+ person Onboarding team to manage end-to-end implementation of veterinary software for clinics. Own the implementation lifecycle, coordinate with product, engineering, and support, and drive go-live success across multiple deployments. Travel to client sites as needed and build scalable processes, metrics, and training to ensure long-term client success.
