Key Responsibilities

•Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model.
•Assist store operations across POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Work with store management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing that knowledge with consumers.
•Adhere to Crocs policies including asset protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 17.5

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older.
•Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance and punctuality.
•A team-first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to move merchandise using appropriate equipment to and from the backroom and sales floor.
•Ability to read and comprehend instructions and input information into computer/register screens.
