  • •Translate demand signals into global inventory strategies for direct materials and develop strategic supply plans to secure supplier capacity.
  • •Balance working capital efficiency with supply assurance to support production ramp-ups and mitigate shortage risk.
  • •Lead cross-regional GPDC and supply-related qualifications, managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder influence without direct authority.
  • •Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes from demand detection through PO execution, identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
  • •Proficient in writing English emails and speaking English with daily call participation with stakeholders.
  • •Preferred: Proficiency in planning, MRP systems, procurement tools, and demand/supply planning fundamentals.
  • •Preferred: Solid knowledge of direct material qualification and end-to-end procurement processes.
  • •Preferred: Strong project management with ownership to lead cross-functional delivery on time.
