Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Chief Audit Executive (CAE) with risk assessments, annual audit planning, strategic initiatives, and reporting to senior management and the Audit Committee.
  • •Ensure timely, high-quality execution of the audit plan in line with Internal Audit Standards and defined KPIs.
  • •Lead complex regional and cross-functional audit engagements using a risk-based approach and challenge audit conclusions/identified root causes.
  • •Drive adoption of data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled audit methodologies and promote data-driven insights, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
  • •Lead and develop regional audit teams, set performance objectives, support talent development and succession planning, and strengthen audit quality and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading audit teams and complex audit engagements with senior stakeholder relationships in a multinational environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk management, governance, and internal control frameworks.
  • •7-10 years of internal or external auditing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • •Familiarity with data analytics, data visualization, and digital audit techniques, including AI use cases in audit and controls testing.
  • •Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, CISA (or equivalent) and excellent written and spoken English.
