Account Receivable - APAC Shift

Own the end-to-end billing cycle, from invoicing through collections, ensuring invoices are accurate and payments are timely. Triage and resolve client queries and billing discrepancies while partnering with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to keep billing processes running smoothly. Use analytical skills to spot issues, improve billing efficiency and accuracy, and report on billing metrics and trends. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and ensure compliance with regulations like GDPR and PCI-DSS.
