Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • •Act as primary technical advisor across the Claude adoption journey from discovery and evaluation through deployment, coordinating across internal teams.
  • •Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
  • •Guide technical architecture decisions and help integrate Claude into existing technology stacks, including identifying common integration patterns.
  • •Help customers develop evaluation frameworks and deliver technical content for engineering and executive audiences across South Korea.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
  • •Native-level Korean fluency and business-level English required.
  • •Experience working with enterprise customers across complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • •Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
  • •Comfortable with Python and familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools (or a background in ML/data science).
