Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and establish the Master Project Schedule with GC and AE based on the Critical Path and milestones.
  • •Support establishment of the project budget, including soft costs and hard costs.
  • •Coordinate Design Team activities and ensure AE meets municipal and AHJ demands.
  • •Manage GC and directly contracted vendors with onsite Construction Management team; monitor schedule and progress.
  • •Initiate close-out processes, manage change orders and final invoicing, and ensure documentation control.
