Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic Enterprise Aviation customers from contract signature onward, including onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention and revenue growth.
  • •Build relationships with executive stakeholders to identify requirements, manage expectations, and drive revenue realization quickly.
  • •Collect, communicate, and champion customer feedback internally to influence and steer programmatic and technical development.
  • •Deliver excellent customer service by efficiently acknowledging and resolving issues, while retaining and growing account value across hardware and service revenue.
  • •Act as an extreme owner of assigned accounts by realizing forecasted revenue on or ahead of schedule, identifying readiness levels, requirements, schedules, risks, and leading process/system enhancements across cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, or high school diploma/equivalency certificate with 8+ years of professional business development, program management, sales, or account management experience.
  • •7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • •Ability to interact with all levels within airline management on technical and account management issues.
  • •Significant knowledge or experience in commercial and/or business aviation, satellite communications, and program or account management.
  • •Experience managing multiple complex projects while delivering under tight deadlines and resource constraints.
