Perform in-process and dimensional inspections of bottles according to First Article and In-Process Inspection procedures, documenting results while maintaining GMP compliance. Validate SPC, vision system, and leak detection processes, conduct line clearance checks, and release manufactured or reworked product using DC Link per procedures. Identify non-conforming material, track suspected product, support audits and sampling, issue quality alerts when needed, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct in-process inspections of bottles and follow related work instructions and procedures.
•Perform daily dimension checks and clearly document inspection results on inspection sheets and in QA log books while maintaining GMP compliance.
•Validate SPC, Vision System, and Leak Detection systems per department procedures.
•Inspect line clearance, release manufactured and reworked product using DC Link, and identify/control non-conforming material with back tracking.
•Communicate non-conformance to supervisors and leads, facilitate dock audits and tailgate sampling, issue quality alerts if necessary, and maintain a safe, clean environment.
