Key Responsibilities

  • •Early detect abnormal items through Probe/Inline monitoring and analyze data to minimize impact
  • •Perform pre-setting review of evaluation lots and troubleshoot evaluation lot trouble when it occurs
  • •Trace priority evaluation lots and monitor SPC charts
  • •Create analysis reports (including abnormal-item reports and daily yield analysis reports) and contact relevant areas
