Job Summary

Own the finance function as a high-ownership partner to the co-founders, driving FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and executive/investor reporting. Design and ship KPI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into financial and operational health. Take ownership of revenue cycle management (RCM) and collaborate with product and engineering to improve net collection and related metrics. Also support strategic finance decisions including vendor negotiations, payer contracts, and unit economics.

Key Responsibilities

•Own financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including models, forecasts, and budgets, and translate operational data into insights for executives and investors.
•Design and ship KPI dashboards and reporting infrastructure for real-time visibility into financial and operational health.
•Own investor reporting with co-founders, including board decks and investor packages.
•Drive revenue cycle management (RCM) as the business owner, ensuring revenue collection from payers and managing billers tied to key RCM metrics.
•Support strategic and operational finance as the company grows, including vendor negotiations, payer contracts, unit economics, and new venture launches.

Key Requirements

•SQL experience is a strong plus.
•Use AI tools to multiply output and stay curious about what’s possible.
•Experience that makes you close to the mission; RCM or healthcare operations experience is a plus but not required.
