Key Responsibilities

•Build the Platform Bridge: Develop and maintain full-lifecycle production ML pipelines while adapting global frameworks for India-localized requirements and ensuring architectural parity and high-performance execution.
•Drive Applied Decision Science: Design and productionize end-to-end recommendation and classification models integrated into merchant-facing products, delivering real-time insights.
•Optimize for Performance: Identify and resolve training/inference bottlenecks (memory, latency, throughput) for scalable ML solutions in a high-throughput production environment.
•Architect the Intelligence Layer: Develop reusable AI components to scale Generative AI applications.
•Champion Technical Excellence: Promote software and data engineering best practices and collaborate with international MLOps and platform teams to adopt internal tools.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in the machine learning domain with expert-level Python skills and familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost/LightGBM, Pandas, and Scikit-learn
•Full lifecycle ML experience from big data (Spark, SQL/Trino) to production deployment using MLOps best practices
•Hands-on experience with ML infrastructure and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Airflow, Argo-Workflows, and monitoring stacks like Prometheus and Grafana
•Strong knowledge of statistics and ML techniques with an experimental, iterative mindset
•Proven ability to lead projects from ideation to deployment and communicate complex technical outcomes clearly
