Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in-person and by phone to listen for needs, identify financial wellness opportunities, and deliver customized recommendations.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and support relevant lending and deposit products, including consumer checking, small business accounts, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and policies; assist with teller-line transactions as needed.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year experience building relationships with new and existing customers, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Knowledge of sales and service techniques (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
  • •Ability to interact with small business clients, overcome objections, and ask fact-finding questions (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
