Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete machine/system interface and operation to keep warehouse automation systems at peak operational levels.
  • •Identify, troubleshoot, correct, and clean/maintain system faults as a “System Operator” level role.
  • •Resolve data/transactional errors related to automation systems, software, or programs.
  • •Maintain required record keeping/operator logs and ensure accuracy and quality of work.
  • •Direct people/work areas as needed, maintain a clean/organized workspace, and work safely and efficiently.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •Ability to pass fork lift skills assessment and safely operate PBV material handling equipment.
  • •One year of automation/production machine operation outside PBV warehouse automation, or a minimum of three months of proven in-house operation (not including training).
  • •Computer/human machine interface skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills with math, reading, and writing ability.
