Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administrative support, including preparing presentations and analyses (e.g., spend, savings, ad hoc requests).

  • •Support Commodity Manager activities related to RfI/RfP events and follow-up.
  • •Support preparation of commodity strategy and handle smaller project tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.
  • •Experience with Google Workspace and MS Office.
  • •Fluent English is mandatory; German, French, or Spanish would be a plus.
  • •Strong discretion and a focus on accuracy.
  • •Ability to work independently and as a team player with excellent communication skills.
