Job Summary

Lead small- to medium-scale proposal pursuits from early capture through client interviews for the Advisory Business Line. Conduct detailed RFP/RFQ analysis, build compliance matrices, and manage proposal schedules to ensure timely, compliant submissions. Coordinate proposal content with technical teams, develop win themes and storyboards, and produce polished drafts in InDesign. Participate in reviews, go/no-go decisions, and debriefs, while mentoring junior proposal staff.

•Lead small- to medium-size proposals with limited supervision from capture through interview phase, supporting larger pursuits as needed.
•Perform detailed RFP/RFQ analysis and develop compliance matrices to address client requirements.
•Develop and manage proposal schedules, coordinating milestones and deadlines for timely, compliant submissions.
•Coordinate proposal content development (outlines, templates, content plans) and collaborate with technical teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
•Lay out proposals in InDesign, support reviews (including Pink and Red Team), assist with interview preparation, and perform quality control prior to submission.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience collaborating within a marketing team to lead and/or support proposal activities, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Working knowledge of proposal and presentation strategy, including organization, writing, production, and marketing best practices, processes, and tools.
•Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
•Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and complex deliverables with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-up.
•Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills to work independently and as part of a team, producing accurate and compliant deliverables.
