Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct patient care, including assessments, monitoring, and basic treatments as delegated by the physician.
  • •Administer medications, invasive procedures, and ensure accurate documentation in the medical record.
  • •Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe patient handoffs and coordinated care across shifts.
  • •Monitor patient conditions, respond to changes, and participate in rounds and care planning meetings.
  • •Uphold infection control, patient safety, and quality standards while delivering compassionate care.

Key Requirements

  • •Registered nurse with active licensure to practice in Qatar (or eligible for licensure) and minimum of 2-3 years of hospital nursing experience.
  • •Proven ability to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting, including basic assessments, medication administration, and monitoring of patient conditions.
  • •Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and family members.
  • •Evidence of compassionate, patient-centered care and adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
  • •Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by hospital staffing.
