Lead industry pre-sales solutions and advisory for enterprise customers, transforming their experience across the value chain. Build trusted relationships with senior executives, translate business objectives into actionable recommendations, and drive deals aligned to measurable business outcomes while supporting customer transformation journeys.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Lead industry advisory and solutions throughout the pre-sales cycle, delivering thought leadership to transform customer experiences.
•Manage enterprise customer discovery through focused sessions and workshops across Energy & Utilities, Education, and Real Estate.
•Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions and solution concepts aligned to business value for key decision makers.
•Coordinate and lead the full solution cycle in collaboration with technical and business resources to accelerate deals.
•Present Salesforce and partner solutions and articulate Salesforce benefits to stakeholders from frontline staff to C-level executives.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline is required.
•Exposure to design thinking, consulting methodologies, and enterprise architecture is an added advantage.
•Broad ability to articulate benefits of cloud computing, SFA, service and support, marketing, and mobile solutions.
•Business case/value engineering experience to drive compelling points of view.
•Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology.
