Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the life actuarial reporting and analytics application landscape end-to-end, from requirements through delivery to BAU support and enhancements.
  • •Partner with life actuarial teams across business units to understand processes, resolve issues, and support reporting cycles.
  • •Generalise local requirements into global, reusable solutions rather than bespoke builds, owning and prioritising the roadmap.
  • •Deliver through others, steering an actuarial support team in Bratislava and an IT delivery team in Barcelona.
  • •Identify enhancement opportunities beyond user requests, including AI-enabled features, automation, and agentic workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified actuary with 10+ years’ experience in life actuarial roles, ideally in financial reporting, actuarial valuation, or regulatory reporting.
  • •Track record delivering through distributed, cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders across functions and markets.
  • •Ability to abstract local needs into global, scalable solutions and to challenge bespoke thinking.
  • •Interest in technology with a forward-thinking view on AI, automation, and process improvement.
  • •Strong communication and influencing skills in English with a collaborative, cross-cultural approach.
