Job Summary

Lead North America VCS’s embedded payments and agentic commerce go-to-market efforts, driving strategic marketing and partner activation across Visa and external partners. Support enabler partnerships spanning ERPs, AR/AP providers, and accounting platforms, and help global commercialization. Serve as an advisor to clients and partners on adopting agentic commerce use cases in partnership with the VCS global product team, translating realized value into compelling storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead planning and execution of embedded payments and agentic commerce go-to-market initiatives through strategic marketing and activation efforts.
•Orchestrate across Visa and external partner teams to support enabler partnerships across ERPs, AR/AP providers, and accounting platforms.
•Drive commercialization globally and advise clients and partners on adopting agentic commerce use cases with the VCS global product team.
•Execute partner activation and create compelling ways to communicate potential and realized value to clients.
•Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams and partners to deliver go-to-market efforts.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 169,100 - 270,800 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or at least 5 years with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD.
•9+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 7+ years with an Advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
•Experience in go-to-market, product commercialization, and partner marketing, preferably in payments, fintech, SaaS platforms, or embedded financial services.
•Track record building and managing partner marketing programs globally, preferably in SaaS and fintech companies.
•Proven ability designing and implementing go-to-market efforts with Sales, Marketing, Product, and partners.
