Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and maintain files for new personnel and record changes to employee status (e.g., address changes, transfers, rate increases, terminations).
  • •Process confidential HR forms and records, and maintain/distribute employee information, policy, and procedure manuals.
  • •Compile data from personnel records and prepare reports; verify payroll entries/changes and report discrepancies.
  • •Monitor and track employee data including compensation, benefits, attendance (sick/vacation), performance reviews, and termination details.
  • •Compute wages and record data for payroll processing; participate in surveys and help with new hire orientations, including tracking FMLA and LOA requests.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • •5 years of related experience.
  • •Computer experience (Microsoft Office) required.
  • •SAP experience preferred.
  • •Confidentiality required; able to work occasional weekends as needed.
