Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and operate platform capabilities supporting software delivery, release engineering, and intelligent cloud operations for SAP HANA Cloud.
  • •Develop end-to-end solutions using microservices, APIs, modern web applications, deployment pipelines, and cloud platform integrations.
  • •Integrate AI-powered capabilities into engineering workflows by connecting LLMs and other AI technologies to production services.
  • •Enable intelligent software analysis, release decision support, and operational automation across HANA Cloud environments.
  • •Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable, production-grade platform features and continuously improve engineering outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience developing cloud-native applications and platform services with strong software engineering fundamentals.
  • •3+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack web development.
  • •Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, TypeScript (including JavaScript) or Python, and experience building data-driven web applications or dashboards.
  • •Experience with relational databases and understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Comfort collaborating cross-functionally and applying AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, AI frameworks, model APIs, or agentic workflows) within production services.
