Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of VC-backed technology and emerging growth clients, owning transaction origination, deal execution, return generation, and risk management oversight.
  • •Attend industry forums and conferences to expand the sales pipeline and deepen relationships and market knowledge.
  • •Assess whether Capital Markets, Investment Banking, and FX products/services are appropriate for specific clients.
  • •Partner with Portfolio Managers, Analysts, and Credit Administration to underwrite and approve credit requests.
  • •Provide proper reporting, documentation, and risk review to determine acceptable ongoing portfolio risk, while supporting the Managing Director with presentations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 121,900 - 262,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree required; MBA or graduate degree preferred.
  • •8–10+ years of experience in Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Technology Finance, Capital Markets, or Venture Capital.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience at the Director level.
  • •Advanced relationship management experience with technology startups and/or VC firms.
  • •Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) plus Series 79 and Series 63 required (Series 24 preferred).
