Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead building, testing, publishing, and releasing of Courses & Career products by translating roadmap priorities into production plans and release milestones.
  • •Manage, coach, and grow the Production and Release Management team, setting expectations and capability across concurrent releases.
  • •Partner with Product Management, Program Management, and content teams to align scope, sequencing, and delivery dates with capacity.
  • •Own catalog integrity end to end, including release, retirement, and decommissioning of offerings.
  • •Bring AI and automation into production/release workflows, manage vendors and contractors, and communicate status, risks, and constraints to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, with master’s or equivalent experience preferred, plus 8+ years in education, curriculum development, or content production.
  • •5+ years of operational leadership experience, including directly managing a team.
  • •Strong people leadership skills, including setting expectations, coaching, and giving honest feedback.
  • •Deep knowledge of content production workflows, including multimedia workflows and LMS platforms.
  • •Experience ensuring clean releases with quality gates, versioning, and publishing.
