Job Summary

Seasoned project manager responsible for leading complex IT projects, including AI-enabled initiatives, from initiation to delivery using PMBOK/SDLC methodologies. Will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications; translate business needs into IT deliverables; coordinate cross-functional teams; ensure audit/compliance; and stay abreast of AI trends to maximize project impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day project phases to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget, coordinating all activities with IT teams and business owners.
•Create, manage, and update project charters, schedules, risk management plans, communication plans, budgets, gate reviews and other PM docs.
•Secure resources and funding with project leadership, and manage cross-functional dependencies.
•Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts and architects to translate business needs into clearly documented requirements and specifications.
•Provide regular status updates and metrics to ensure transparency on team performance and project risk analysis to executive leadership.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of project management experience for application and data integration projects.
•Detailed knowledge of project management and software development life cycle methodologies.
•Proven experience managing mid-sized to large IT integration projects – independently.
•Background in Commercial Insurance mandatory.
•Strong communication and facilitation skills with an ability to effectively manage cross-functional team discussions.
