Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and assess potential impact of local and global events/incidents using all-source collection efforts.
  • •Provide routine threat and incident communications affecting NBCUniversal operations and talent.
  • •Escalate events that may impact NBCUniversal to the GRIC Director and relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • •Analyze incident/threat impact through collaboration with internal business units and provide situational updates to senior crisis management teams.
  • •Use crisis management tools (mass notification, travel locator/mapping, CCTV and crisis alerting) and conduct social media analysis during crisis events.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education/experience) with concentration in a relevant field.
  • •2+ years of experience, including 1 year of full-time professional experience in a command center or intelligence fusion center environment.
  • •Proficiency with standard office and web applications (Outlook, Internet Explorer, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Willingness to work on-site at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, NY, and on shift schedules including weekends and holidays.
  • •Experience using OSINT tools and advanced internet research methods, including Boolean logic and social media monitoring, plus excellent written and verbal communication.
