Job Summary

Monitor and analyze client data in a 24/7 Managed Services Information Security (MSSP) environment, supporting security incident detection and response. Work with a global cyber defense center to report security events, perform threat hunting, tune MSSP and client SIEM for better detections, and maintain security content and documentation. Under guidance, help diagnose incidents using knowledge articles, support service delivery against SLAs, and collaborate with stakeholders to recommend client system changes.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and analyze incoming client data to deliver security information and recommendations for contracted security services.
•Support security incident detection and response, including security event reporting and threat hunting.
•Tune the MSSP platform and client SIEM with client stakeholders and internal teams to improve detection, analysis, and reporting.
•Adhere to SOPs and customer run books, and propose changes and improvements to ensure consistent global delivery.
•Use and maintain best-practice documentation while supporting incident handling across tools and techniques including endpoint protection, detection and response, attack analysis, malware analysis, and forensics.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Information Technology or Computing, or a related field.
•Entry-level experience in SOC analysis operations and SIEM usage for investigations.
•Entry-level experience with security technologies such as Firewall, IPS, IDS, and Proxy.
•Entry-level experience in handling security incidents end to end and configuring/managing security controls (e.g., SIEM, Firewall, IDS/IPS, EDR, NDR, UTM, Proxy, SOAR, Honeypots).
•Entry-level experience providing technical support to clients, with strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving.
