Provide efficient, accurate client transaction processing while delivering a high-quality service experience and identifying client financial needs. Educate customers on digital, self-service banking options (ATMs, Online, and Mobile) and support sales activities through outbound calling and opportunity referral. Cross-train in branch operations, assist with new account openings and problem resolution, and follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
