Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-own discovery calls with the AE to surface integration requirements early and reduce deal risk.
  • •Scope integration complexity by assessing APIs, writing a technical complexity tier, and producing the Technical Scope document at close.
  • •Walk the Technical Scope through onboarding and work with the Forward Deployed Engineer and Account Manager to ensure successful go-live (~4–8 weeks).
  • •Run post-launch technical health checks, partnering on QA to track data sync accuracy, integration error monitoring, and scope drift.
  • •Stay current on product updates and integration capability changes and build/own the integration discovery question set for sales.
