Job Summary

Manage material program across the AIM-9X program in Tucson, overseeing material requirements planning (MRP), material strategy execution, risk mitigation, and monthly forecasting. Lead cross-functional collaboration with PMO, Procurement and IPT teams to drive EACs, lifecycle planning, and certification progression. Communicate effectively across stakeholders, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure readiness for mission-critical defense programs on-site in Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage with PMO leadership on material strategy execution
•Coordinate Risk Mitigation and Opportunity capture plans with Procurement
•Review and burn down SCM metrics
•Develop and drive material EACs and monthly material forecasting
•Commitment to obtain MPM certification after experience in the role

Salary: USD 86,800 - 165,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
•Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
•Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation), leadership abilities, and the ability to work in an IPT environment
•Must be a self-starter, capable of achieving organizational and program objectives, and able to interface with all levels of internal management, supplier management
•Must be able to succeed in the high stress, fast paced environment of development
