Work around elevator dumping trucks, grade and clean bins, perform routine preventive maintenance, and monitor load-out functions and inventory quality. Prepare trucks for loading/unloading, operate machinery such as loaders and forklifts, and provide courteous customer service. Ensure work areas are clean and safe, report issues to a supervisor, and support peak-season schedules.

Key Responsibilities

•Under general supervision, perform general labor responsibilities efficiently and promptly.
•Develop and maintain knowledge of commodities handled, complying with company policy and government regulations.
•Prepare trucks for loading/unloading (sampling, opening hatches, attaching/detaching hoses) and load/unload agricultural inputs using machinery.
•Operate automated scale/dump systems and control/monitor load-out functions.
•Perform and record daily/weekly/monthly maintenance, keep work areas clean and safe, and report customer complaints or safety concerns to a supervisor.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
