Key Responsibilities

  • •Support network expansion planning through feasibility assessment, site readiness evaluation, and project scoping; develop detailed plans, timelines, and milestones with internal stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate with Finance to support budget development, cost estimates, and approval processes.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of project management experience in construction, fit-out, or real estate development, delivering end-to-end facility projects from feasibility through commissioning and handover.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred).
  • •Strong project management tools proficiency (e.g., MS Project or Primavera P6).
  • •Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and civil engineering drawings.
  • •Working knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC or equivalent), contractor management, and variation/claims handling.
