Job Summary

Lead and direct concurrent client projects and, where needed, larger programs across multiple business areas, geographies, and technologies. Serve as the single point of contact for stakeholders, driving projects from concept through final implementation and handover to Operations. Own delivery against scope, budget, time, and quality criteria; manage risks, issues, change management, escalations, and clear stakeholder communications. Also support pre-sales scoping, proposal development, and tender presentations.

Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex projects and coordinate multiple related projects within a program.
•Interface with project stakeholders to deliver projects from original concept through final implementation and handover to Operations.
•Ensure client satisfaction by managing escalations and acting as a single point of contact.
•Manage delivery against baselined budget, schedule, scope, quality criteria, and perform rigorous scope control and change management.
•Document and manage risks and issues and provide clear, concise communications to all stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Advanced project/program management experience planning and executing projects from initiation to completion.
•Ability to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
•Advanced ability to manage urgent and complex tasks simultaneously while balancing priorities.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to provide clear stakeholder updates.
•Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business and/or project management; relevant certifications including PMP (preferably) and ITIL is beneficial.
