Job Summary

Own the TikTok Shop affiliate/creator strategy and drive creator/content supply and GMV growth at scale using affiliate services and platforms. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve creators’ experience and build growth opportunities across online and offline campaigns, brand opportunities, and product launches. Hire, coach, and support creators through performance reporting, insights, case studies, and partner meetings to expand adoption of creator sales.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and drive affiliate program strategy to improve quality creator/content supply and grow creator business GMV at scale.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve creators’ experience and create growth opportunities (online/offline campaigns, brand opportunities, product launches).
•Hire and coach talent, navigating ambiguity and influencing key stakeholders.
•Develop short- and long-term creator development strategy to grow creator scale and sales in the market.
•Deliver creator performance reports and insights by diagnosing audience conversion metrics and expand awareness via creator case studies and partner meetings.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in online marketing, performance marketing, creator management, or a similar field.
•Fluent in English and German to communicate with German stakeholders.
•Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and job functions.
•Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication.
•Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to frequent changes in a flexible organizational environment.
