Key Responsibilities

  • •Work on complex/high-profile transactions and NTB credit applications across sectors, based on capacity and requirements.
  • •Support regional CMB/GB migrations by working closely with VPs and subject matter experts, including documentation review and writing-up procedure-related materials.
  • •Ensure PLAs with stakeholders meet or exceed productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets while building rapport with onshore teams.
  • •Stay abreast of FIM and regional policy guidelines, provide necessary guidance to the team, and ensure sector cases keep credit systems up to date and manage past dues within thresholds.
  • •Drive compliance and operational risk culture, stay compliant with Group policies and standards manual requirements, and support CAU strategic initiatives along with automation/streamlining ideas and team training.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6 years of relevant experience in Credit Analysis, Research, or Corporate Banking with demonstrated analytical expertise and team management skills.
  • •Strong sector and corporate banking knowledge across banking products, with a long-term aim of becoming sector specialist(s).
  • •Good understanding of end-to-end credit process and credit systems, including knowledge of credit systems and banking products.
  • •Ability to integrate sector knowledge, credit policies, and external events into credit proposals with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • •Post Graduation in Management, Finance, Economics, or equivalent; Chartered Accountant preferred. CFA and FRM (or other risk management qualifications) are an advantage.
