Partner with your assigned business unit to embed high-quality HR practices across the team for TikTok LIVE. Provide HR guidance to line management on talent development, performance management, employee relations, and employee disciplinary cases. Assess development needs, recommend solutions, and collaborate with HR colleagues across Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR operations. Drive employee engagement and plan organizational culture activities, supporting the growth of the people behind the business.

•Partner with your assigned business unit to understand business strategy and implement HR practices.
•Consult line management on talent development, performance management, and employee relations.

•Manage employee disciplinary issues and advise business leaders on handling cases.
•Drive employee engagement and plan organizational culture activities with HR partners.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of HR experience as a generalist, people leader, business partner, or human capital consultant.
•1+ years as an HR Business Partner supporting the Japan market.
•Fluency in both oral and written English.
•Strong relationship-building skills to influence, drive change, and communicate across all organizational levels.
•Comfort with ambiguity and sound judgment using data and insights; deep business acumen for people development.
