•Own and run one or more operational functions within Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or Customer Support - with full accountability for operational outcomes, not just the technology
•Rapidly develop domain expertise in your assigned area and build a deep understanding of current workflows, vendor relationships, pain points, and opportunities for technology-driven improvement
•Define and track operational KPIs; own the performance of your function and drive continuous improvement
•Manage vendor and partner relationships within your operational area
•Manage and develop a team, including internal staff and third-party resources, to deliver against operational and technology objectives

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field—or equivalent practical experience
•5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a software engineering or technical background
•Demonstrated ability to own execution end-to-end, from strategy through implementation and ongoing operational management
•Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML solutions, automation tools, or building with modern AI platforms (e.g., LLMs, computer vision, workflow automation)
•Software engineering background or strong technical fluency—ability to read code, prototype solutions, and engage deeply with engineering teams
