Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the complete management of export license requests and ensure compliance with applicable French regulations.
  • •Rigourously follow CERTIDER procedures, conduct screening activities, and liaise with the administration to obtain and renew necessary licenses.
  • •Verify contract, order, and amendment conformity with license conditions, including signing non-export certificates.
  • •Actively participate in audits and checks conducted by the Direction Générale de l’Armement and assist R&D, Offers, Projects, Engineering, Purchasing and Production teams in the classification of materials and components.
  • •Monitor imports in collaboration with relevant services and prepare semi-annual reports for the DGA; validate shipments and manage the material repository.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in trade compliance with an interest in defense/armaments regulations and export controls
  • •Fluent written and spoken English (C1 TOEIC)
  • •Higher education (Bac+5) in law, security/defense, international relations, or related fields, possibly supplemented by engineering or business studies
  • •Rigorous, proactive, with assertiveness and good convincing ability
  • •Knowledge of export license processes and regulatory frameworks (CERTIDER) is a plus
