Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage warehouse logistics operations, including receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment.
  • •Coordinate shipments and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and excesses, following safety regulations and industry standards.
  • •Conduct facility work order inspections and maintain accurate Health and Safety Inspection Sheets and UTOC Health and Safety Teams records.
  • •Oversee daily fleet operations (fuel/maintenance invoicing in SAP), prepare vehicles for disposition, and transport government-owned vehicles for maintenance and deployment.
  • •Execute SAP-based local property officer duties, supporting asset lifecycle accountability (acquisition, maintenance, disposition) and assisting with deployments and sustainment planning.
