  • •Define and tailor the business analysis approach, including feasibility, process, impact and readiness assessments.
  • •Develop and validate business/functional requirements, epics and user stories, acceptance criteria, and process/data/control requirements.
  • •Plan and facilitate complex workshops; resolve ambiguous, competing or conflicting stakeholder requirements.
  • •Coordinate analysis across stakeholders, identify dependencies/gaps, support test strategy and implementation readiness, and review deliverables while coaching analysts.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced business analysis and requirements-management capability.
  • •Experience leading analysis on complex, high-impact or cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Strong feasibility, process, control and operating-model analysis skills.
  • •Ability to define effective analysis approaches for complex delivery environments and resolve ambiguity/competing priorities.
  • •Experience supporting testing, implementation, and operational readiness, including reviewing deliverables and coaching other business analysts.
