Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan across government agencies and departments, identifying whitespace and prioritising target accounts.
  • •Build detailed account plans mapping stakeholders, data environments, procurement pathways, and growth opportunities.
  • •Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through solutioning, negotiation, and close; consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • •Build trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders (department leaders, data/analytics leaders, IT executives, and procurement contacts).
  • •Lead cross-functional collaboration with Business Development, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Alliances, and leadership to deliver strong customer experience and forecast hygiene.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated enterprise software sales success, meeting and exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • •Experience selling into government agencies or departments, understanding how public sector organisations buy and deliver transformation programs.
  • •Familiarity with data management, data governance, analytics, or data platform solutions, and translating technical concepts into business value.
  • •Ability to build and execute territory and account strategies that create long-term pipeline and drive growth across a public sector portfolio.
  • •Strong consultative selling and executive presence, engaging senior leaders and leading strategic solution-based sales conversations.
