Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end program strategy, planning, and execution for complex GFCO compliance program areas (e.g., SAM/CAR automation, EDD volume reduction, Complaints, Operations, new jurisdictions and launches).
  • •Develop program charters, roadmaps, and governance frameworks for long-tail, multi-constraint programs, including those with external regulatory commitments.
  • •Lead cross-functional delivery across 5+ teams and drive alignment at the Director+ level while translating regulatory obligations and operational gaps into prioritized program strategies.
  • •Ensure launch readiness for new products, jurisdictions, and entity expansions, including AML obligation mapping, tooling updates, procedural guidance, volume sizing, and training content before go-live.
  • •Proactively identify and resolve program risks, manage trade-offs with leadership, and maintain continuous improvement via feedback loops from automation outputs, QC findings, alert productivity, and investigator feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of program or project management experience, including 3+ years in financial crimes compliance, AML, BSA/AML operations, or a related regulatory domain.
  • •Ability to independently drive large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs in a regulated environment with minimal guidance.
  • •Deep understanding of AML/CFT program operations, including SAM/TMS, EDD, Screening, and SAR filing workflows, plus the supporting technology landscape (e.g., TMS, CMS).
  • •Experience navigating known-problem/unknown-solution environments with multiple constraints, including resource gaps and external regulatory commitments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Business, Technology, Operations, Finance, Law, or related disciplines.
